World Mental Health Day; Mental Health Care For All!

Published by Katherine Thomas on 9th Oct 2021

October 10th is World Mental Health Day. The World Federation sets this year's theme is 'Mental Health in an Unequal World.' Mental health care for all: let's make it a reality! It has never been so crucial to prioritize wellness and mental health as a critical factor in one's overall wellbeing. It is the perfect time to shine a light on the mental and emotional issues many face and the positive routines to become healthier. At Soji Health, we give holistic alternatives to traditional medicine to help you feel your best.

According to the National Alliance on Mental Health (NAMI), the largest non-profit organization supporting mental illness, 1 in 5 U.S. adults experience mental illness each year. The COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on all of our lives. Many of us continue to face challenges that can be stressful, overwhelming, and cause mental anguish. It is essential to recognize our differences and use approaches that fit our individual needs. Now more than ever, people worldwide are turning to CBD to medicate their mental health conditions.

Why CBD?

CBD, known by its technical name cannabidiol, is one of the non-psychoactive chemical compounds in hemp, along with other minor cannabinoids.  Soji Health offers Broad Spectrum CBD Hemp Oils products that are THC- free CBD oil. Our vegan CBD gummies are one of our customer's favorites. We have CBD oil for sale in local stores, check out our store locator or you can buy cbd oil online at sojihealth.com. Our customers enjoy the maximum entourage effect without worrying about any THC in their system.

Counting Sheep, but Running Out?

Our CBD hemp oil products are known to help people with anxiety and insomnia, as it eases their mind and body to relax. Soji Health has the best CBD Gummies; it is an effective and delicious way to quickly nourish and replenish tired cells while restoring balance to your endocannabinoid system. Our endocannabinoid system has receptors all over the body, including the brain. The endocannabinoid receptors play a role in regulating our mood. Soji Health's Vegan Hemp CBD Gummies are manufactured using a unique infusion process to ensure an accurate and consistent 25mg dose in every serving. Fun fact: we can't give our pets gummies, but did you know hemp oil for dogs with anxiety is a thing?

Fighting the Blues

A 2018 study found that the antidepressant-like effects that CBD produces depend upon the serotonin levels in the brain. Low serotonin levels may play a role in developing depression, and animal studies suggest that CBD might impact these receptors, producing antidepressant effects. CBD may also benefit people with other forms of concern, such as Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and Bipolar Disorder.
